SUMMARY:CAS Chamber Piano Trio Concert
DESCRIPTION:Join Us for a Chamber Music masterworks concert \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEnjoy an afternoon of beautiful melodies at the CAS Trio Chamber Music Concert!CAS Trio : Fenia Chang (piano) | Lucas Alemán | Zexun Shen Location: St Barnabas Presbyterian Church\, 1220 W Belt Line Rd\, Richardson\, TX 75080Date: 5/31/26\, 3:30PMTickets: See link at bottom of page \n\n\n\nExperience an afternoon of chamber music centered on two masterworks of the Romantic era\, each offering a deeply personal and expressive musical journey. Clara Schumann’s Three Romances for Violin and Piano stand as some of her most intimate and poetic creations—works of tenderness\, passion\, and refined artistry that reveal her distinctive compositional voice. In contrast\, Johannes Brahms’s Piano Trio No. 1 in B Major brings sweeping scale and emotional depth\, from its soaring lyricism to its dramatic intensity\, culminating in a powerful and exhilarating finale. Complementing these pillars of the program are virtuosic and characterful works by Robert Schumann and Reinhold Glière\, creating a richly varied and engaging musical experience. \n\n\n\nThis performance features an outstanding ensemble of artists: pianist Fenia Chang\, violinist Lucas Aleman\, and cellist Zexun Shen—accomplished performers whose musical sensitivity and virtuosity bring these masterpieces vividly to life. Beyond an evening of exceptional artistry\, your ticket supports a meaningful mission: a portion of proceeds will benefit the Dallas Asian American Youth Orchestra (DAAYO)\, helping to inspire and empower the next generation of young musicians. Join us for a concert that celebrates both the enduring beauty of chamber music and the importance of investing in young talent.Ticketing Link: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/cas-trio-chamber-music-concert-tickets-1987366847740?aff=oddtdtcreatorStudent Tickets: $15Standard Tickets: $35(plus tax) \n\n\n\nLearn more about the artists here:Fenia ChangLucas AlemánZexun Shen
