The Dallas Asian American Youth Orchestra (DAAYO)’s May 10th, 2026 concert will feature our String Explorers, Junior Strings and Concert Strings orchestras.
This our season finale concert for the string orchestras, so come join us for a fun evening of music – a great outing for the whole family, and you can show your support for local young musicians!
These three string orchestras form the foundation of DAAYO’s educational programs, drawing talented young musicians from around the DFW area. They rehearse once a week through the school year.
Conductors Scott Arakawa (Concert Strings), Jenna Park (Junior Strings) and Angela Sledge (String Explorers) conduct our three string orchestras.
